​Since its formation, the YAKSTARS have flown over 200 displays across Portugal and Spain. The show continues to evolve year after year, with each winter dedicated to refining the display, developing new manoeuvres, and elevating performance standards. The goal is clear: to showcase the remarkable capabilities of the Yak-52, combined with the skill, experience, and heritage of the pilots.

The display runs for approximately 15 to 17 minutes—delivering a thrilling sequence of more than 14 dynamic figures that leave audiences both amazed and wanting more.

Meticulously planned and executed, the performance begins with a fast, powerful approach in Vic formation, instantly capturing attention. The opening sequence is breathtaking, with aircraft flying in extremely tight proximity, demonstrating precision, discipline, and trust.
